Circadian Sleep Disorders

It would seem I've been a lifelong victim of a certain type of circadian sleep disorder. One specifically called a Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Syndrome. However there seem to be occasional features of an Irregular Sleep-Wake Pattern. Oddly enough, on the most off days I'll end up more like someone with ASPS (Advanced Sleep Phase Syndrome).

One might wonder how in the hell these disorders develop. Perhaps I'll have to be studied one of these days. All I can say right now is that I seem to affect it semi-purposely most of the time. When left to my own devices (and free of technological devices) I tend to only exhibit signs of a Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Syndrome.
